These terms cover service from Yard Hero Pets (“we”) at the address you give us. By booking, you agree to them.

Service

We remove dog waste from your yard on the schedule of the plan you choose, and email you a photo when we are done. An unsafe yard can delay a visit. We will tell you and come back as soon as we can.

Access

Please make sure we can reach the yard (gate unlocked or a code). Secure aggressive animals during visits. If we cannot get in, the visit still counts.

Prices and billing

Prices are on the pricing page. Recurring plans are billed monthly to the card you give us. Lots over 1/3 acre cost 25% more. Larger lots or heavy buildup are quoted before we start. We will tell you before any price change.

Your first month is charged when we schedule your first visit. The first-visit deep clean is free because that month is paid.

Cancel anytime

There is no contract. Cancel or pause any time and you will not be billed again after the current month. Email support@yardheropets.com.

Prepaid plans

A prepaid plan is 52 weeks of service paid up front at a discount. The prepaid discount is earned by completing the year. If you cancel early, we charge the weeks served at the regular weekly rate (minimum four), deduct the card processing fee, and refund the rest within 14 days.

Referral credit

• Each side gets $19.99 of bill credit. You can earn up to 3 credits per customer per year.
• The credit posts after the person you referred completes their second paid billing cycle, and only if both of you are still active customers.
• The person you referred must be a new service address with no service there in the previous 12 months. The same address, phone number or card disqualifies the referral.
• Each customer gets one referral code. Codes are not public.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire 12 months after they post.
• If you are on a prepaid plan, your credits are added as weeks at the end of your term, not refunded.

Weather

We work in most weather. If lightning, flooding or standing water makes it unsafe to finish your yard, we will not complete the visit that day. We return on the next service day at no additional charge, and you are not billed twice for the visit.

Service guarantee

If we miss waste in an area we were able to reach, tell us within 24 hours of your visit photo and we return and clean it at no charge. The guarantee covers waste in accessible areas of the yard on the day of service. It does not cover areas we could not reach — locked gates, blocked access, or dogs loose in the yard — or waste left after our visit.

If something goes wrong

If we miss a visit or do a poor job, tell us and we will make it right. For waste we missed, the service guarantee above applies. We are not responsible for damage that is not caused by us, or for pre-existing conditions of the yard.
