Yard Hero Pets (“we”) runs yardheropets.com. This page says what we collect and why. Questions: support@yardheropets.com.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone number, service address and number of dogs, so we can quote and scoop your yard.
• Payment card details. Our payment processor handles these. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site visit data (pages viewed, device type) through Google Analytics and cookies.

How we use it

To book and perform service, bill you, message you about your visits, and improve the site. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, such as our scheduling and payment tools, and analytics. They may use your data only to provide their service to us. We share it if the law requires.

Waitlist and texting

If you join our waitlist, we store your name, address, email, phone number, number of dogs and plan choice to plan routes and tell you when service starts. We email you about your start date. We text you only if you check the text box on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing.
